RUTABAGA SALAD
Rutabaga with napkin and Cream Soda  

RUTABAGA SALAD

1/4 c. pared & grated rutabaga
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 pkg. Sweet & Low
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of white pepper
1/2 c. lettuce leaves
Parsley sprig
1 cherry tomato, cut in half

Whip together in blender and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. In bowl combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves, parsley and tomato. Line a salad place with lettuce leaves, top with rutabaga mixture. Garnish with parsley and tomato halves. Serving = 1 cup salad.
